Shipping Policy

You can choose to have your Kawaia delivered to your doorstep or pick it up at our workshop.

The return or refund of any product purchased at www.kawaia.com or via Instagram in person will not be accepted. Please note that all items marked discount are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Size or design adjustment will be made at an extra cost depending on the work to be done, as long as the product is not on discount as mentioned above, keep in mind that Kawaia is a brand that mostly makes orders for each customer. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimsuits over underwear.

At this time we do not accept changes due to the Covid-19 situation

All items marked discount are not eligible for an exchange or credit note. We understand that shopping for discount items can be tricky, so feel free to contact kawaiabikini@gmail.com or via Whatsapp (507) 6876-9224 before placing your order with any sizing questions , fit or fabric so we can make sure you get your purchase right.

When making an adjustment, the product must be in perfect condition, clean, without stains, as it was delivered on the day of purchase.
